Pet Fair Asia Wraps Up : Valuable Feedback for Decopark
From August 20 to 24, Decopark exhibited at the 27th Pet Fair Asia in Shanghai, meeting pet parents and industry partners face to face.
Our booth lineup – Black Hole Litter Box, Sodium Bentonite Cat Litter, Fangyuan Bowl, and Cat Condo – drew many visitors. Hands-on experience and in-person conversations let them feel the quality and details that screens can’t convey.
Our team listened closely to every visitor, recording feedback on usage habits, needs, and design preferences. These direct dialogues proved far more telling than online surveys.
The feedback we gathered – praise for details, hopes for improvements, recognition of our brand, and ideas for future products – is now back in our studio. It will directly inform our next round of product upgrades and experience refinements.
We felt the genuine warmth and expectations of pet families in Shanghai. The show is over, but we’re moving forward with these learnings, committed to creating better, more thoughtful designs.
