From April 11 to 14, 2024, The 4th Tops Expo Fair was held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. Decopark made its first public appearance at this event.

At that time, the brand was still in its early stages, with product development and design direction undergoing continuous refinement. The booth featured only a small number of samples, and the team's main goal was to use the fair as a platform to establish initial contact with pet parents and industry partners. To the team's great encouragement, the booth drew far more visitors than expected. Many pet parents examined the samples closely, asked detailed questions, and offered a wealth of candid, specific feedback—covering everything from design concepts and usage habits to functional configurations and daily maintenance. Every piece of input was invaluable. These firsthand voices from the market provided critical guidance for Decopark's subsequent product definition and design optimization.
